Refunds and Cancellations

We understand the ever changing nature of peoples calenders in the freelance world and this is one reason the courses will always be held on a Sunday as this is normally a non-shooting day. However, due to the costs involved in booking equipment/rooms and running the bootcamp, full refunds for cancellation will only be processed if your place is cancelled prior to 14 days before the event and a full refund is requested. A place on a future event (quarterly) will be offered as an alternative to a full refund. Any cancellations requested up until 72 hours before the event will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the fee taken only. Any cancellations made within 72 hours prior to the event will not be able to be refunded or re-scheduled. Floor Runners Bootcamp reserves the rights to cancel the event at any given time, in which instance a full refund to paid-up participants would be issued.
