Refunds and Cancellations
We understand the ever changing nature of peoples calenders in the freelance world and this is one reason the courses will always be held on a Sunday as this is normally a non-shooting day. However, due to the costs involved in booking equipment/rooms and running the bootcamp, full refunds for cancellation will only be processed if your place is cancelled prior to 14 days before the event and a full refund is requested. A place on a future event (quarterly) will be offered as an alternative to a full refund. Any cancellations requested up until 72 hours before the event will be offered a place on the next scheduled bootcamp or a refund of 50% of the fee taken will be returned. Any cancellations made within 72 hours prior to the event will be offered a place on the next scheduled bootcamp but no refund will be given. Please get in contact and speak to us if you cannot make it along to your booked event - we are nice people and will always try to resolve the issue without you losing out if possible :)
